Project Brief

Bristol Farms, a leading gourmet grocery brand in Southern California, faced challenges with a disjointed user experience and an outdated e-commerce platform that failed to meet the expectations of its affluent customer base. The goal of the project was to enhance the digital shopping experience by adopting a mobile-first approach and optimizing usability across the website, email templates, and social content. A particular emphasis was placed on the online shopping and checkout experience to align with the brand’s reputation for luxury and convenience.

Solution

To address these challenges, I spearheaded a complete e-commerce UX redesign. This included creating a cohesive, mobile-first digital platform to streamline navigation and product discovery while ensuring a sophisticated and intuitive interface. Special attention was given to the checkout process, where I redesigned the flow to simplify interactions and reduce friction, providing a seamless, hassle-free experience for users. Intuitive design elements were implemented to reflect the premium nature of the brand, integrating functionality with a focus on luxury.
