To address these challenges, I spearheaded a complete e-commerce UX redesign. This included creating a cohesive, mobile-first digital platform to streamline navigation and product discovery while ensuring a sophisticated and intuitive interface. Special attention was given to the checkout process, where I redesigned the flow to simplify interactions and reduce friction, providing a seamless, hassle-free experience for users.
